Epson WF-2540: Why is the printer not turning on?

I bought this printer last year and never touched it or took it out of the box until now. The printer is brand new. I set up the internet connection without any problem. However, I started printing and all of a sudden, the printer turned off by itself. I tried turning it back on but would not turn on. I even tried changing plugs to see if the plug is the problem. What can I do to fix this printer?

Epson WF-2540: printer over-accelerates paper/results in faded print

Recently my WF-2540 began to accelerate print jobs resulting in faded prints. Upon sending a job to the printer, I hear normal sounds until a loud metallic sound is uttered followed by an over-accelerated feeding of the paper through the machine. The print quality is faded to the point that it is unreadable on parts of the page. Is this fixable?

Epson WF-2540: My ADF is not picking up the paper.

I have an Epson WF-2540 printer with an ADF. I have recently been experiencing problems with the ADF since it is not picking up the documents on the feeder. A message appears on the screen telling me to place the document on the glass scanning top. I purchased this in the first place because I work for a Solicitor and I often have to photo copy lots of legal documents. Photocopying documents singly takes too much time. Can anyone help me. I have contacted Epson but they told me to take it to an Express Epson centre and the nearest one to me is in Bethnal Green London E2 which is too far away for me to travel. I would appreciate any help that anyone can give. I would add that I have checked the device to see if there is any jammed paper but it is free and I cannot see why it is not picking up.

Epson WF-2540: Epson WF-2540 leaves hickeys

This Epson WF-2540 has all of a sudden started leaving ink blotches/hickeys on the leading edge of paper and especially bad on envelopes.

I have done all the maintenance procedures more than once to try to get rid of this problem to no avail. I have also scoured the internet for several hours using several search terms and several different search engines without finding anything about this particular issue. As many know, the Epson website is basically useless and since this is an older machine it is no longer "supported". (Planned obsolescence don't-cha-know?)

Any help leading to a resolution of this problem will be greatly appreciated.

Epson WF-2540: Epson WF-2510 turned off itself after print head cleaning

Hello everybody, I have a printer Epson WF-2510 which didn’t work because needed head print cleaning. I did this process two times and after the first hadn't solved the problem completely because the device still printed out not well. So I did the cleaning again and assembled it for the second time I turned on and I gave to print out the nozzle sheet and it started the head cleaning but after about one minute it turned off by itself and never went on again. I think something caused a short somewhere but I am a beginner so I am asking if someone could help me to solve this issue. It would be very appreciated. Many thanks!

Epson WF-2540: Blank page when printing or copying

I have the Epson WF-7720, which I assume is just a newer version of the one listed in your directory. My problem is that today, only the black started printing spotty, so I cleaned the heads. On the 3rd go round, it just stopped printing entirely, all colors. I put in a new original cartridge and tried again and still nothing at all on the page. I have used refillable ink from Costco in the past, but I just put in all new original ink cartridges and it still won’t print or copy anything, just a blank page comes out. This printer is less than 1 year old and I hate it!

Epson WF-2540: No ink printing Epson WF 7610

Hi everyone, hope you are all excellent today.

I have a Epson WF-7610 (wasn't in the options when I created question).

It is about 2.5 years old.

We do not use Epson cartridges.

It was not used for about one year. When we returned, it has no ink on page.

We have bought new cartridges. I have run clean print heads a millions times :-)

I have put damp paper towel under print head. Colours appear on towel.

Still no ink on page.

Rang Epson who told me due to non genuine cartridges I have voided my calls with them.

I followed tutorial on how to completely remove print head and clean with a little warm water (didn't have cleaning agent). All colours appear on towel.

I have syringed little nozzles to ensure aren't blocked.

I have run all the machine maintenance options.

When I print it makes all the right printing noises, I can hear the paper going through and the associated print head noises with it.

Out pops blank paper.

What shall I do next trusted brains trust :-)

Thank you,
