<title><![CDATA[HP Photosmart Premium e-All-in-One C310a: Paper feed rollers have stopped feeding paper?]]></title>
<description><![CDATA[<p>The printer will print fine with one page at a time manual feed. The feed rollers drop down on the paper but will not turn when it touches the paper. Have looked for answers all through HP support and have only found that HP doesn't do anything about fixing this problem. Has anybody taken one of these apart yet to see how they can be repaired? Any good ideas about how to start?</p>

<title><![CDATA[HP Photosmart Premium e-All-in-One C310a: Paper jam error message]]></title>
<description><![CDATA[<p>I was printing with a HP deskjet F340 All-in-One when I got the message &quot;Paper jam&quot;.  There was never a paper jam.  During my troubleshooting a disconnected that printer and connected the HP Photosmart Premium C310 printer and ran a test page and it worked well.  The print was not good, maybe because the ink was old, so I thought I would print another test page and I got the message &quot;Paper jam&quot;.</p>

<p>What do I do now?</p>

<title><![CDATA[HP Photosmart Premium e-All-in-One C310a: My CN503B - Has an 'Error', PC can't communicate with printer]]></title>
<description><![CDATA[<p>When I boot the PC the ‘wireless’ light and control panel on my HP Photosmart Premium c310a does not activate, Windows 10 recognises that the printer is present but has a status of ‘error’.  I have tried the HP Print &amp; Scan Doctor 5.3.1 but this presents the following message ‘Your printer appears to have a serious issue. Click ‘Other’ support options or ‘Next’ to continue. Neither of these options offer anything more helpful.</p>

<p>I guess this is a terminal hardware error of some description but I’m not sure how to prove it, any ideas guys?</p>

<description><![CDATA[<p>I am  printing photos on my HP Photosmart C310a printer using HP Advanced photo paper.  The quality of photo is excellent EXCEPT for very fine dark horizontal lines which are 1/2&quot; apart.</p>

<p>I ran  the &quot;Clean Cartridge&quot;  on the printer, but that did not help.</p>
