RCA Cambio: What are the correct prompts when in the UEFI SHELL to navigate?

I can't see the whole list of commands. I type help and it rolls all the way to the bottom, It doesn't use DOS and it doesn't map the drive. How can I get it to page the list so I can see what I have to input? I am trying to delete files so I can wipe the tablet because Windows setup 2fa on my log in with a # I haven't used in 5 years. Someone hacked me cause I hate 2FA and I can get the reset but It's useless if I can't get anything else to work. I hate windows it didn't do this until it updated and secure is OK but it's like a gun it's only the people who follow the rules that can't get one not the dangerous people who are not looking to register one. It's only me that can't use my computer. There's a 15 year old hacker somewhere laughing at me, I deserve it I decided a 32 bit windows was workable. So Not.

RCA Cambio: What happened to legacy support for these devices?

I have gone to the RCA web page, called support, they sent me to Canada to talk to Curtis( a corp) that sent me back to RCA electronics which I've been on hold with for almost an hour. What rabbit hole did this particular device fall into. It's still functional as a Internet email and browser based research tool, still being sold on eBay. But who keeps the technical info on it? I don't even want tech support I just want the tech notes.

RCA Cambio: Unable to power on, flashing blue charger

And my girlfriend had this tablet for a long time and said one day it just stopped working and she hasn’t messed with it since. It’s been several years and I don’t know if it’s able to be fixed or not. The only button accessible is a power button so all online tutorials telling me to push the reset button are inadequate. Has anyone else found any solutions for this? Do I need to replace the battery? What could be causing the flashing blue light inside the charger hole?

RCA Cambio: My RCA Tablet won't find WiFi

My RCA tablet doesn't find any WiFi when I turn it on. My RCA tablet will find and connect to my home and school WiFi only after I restart the tablet. Sometimes I have to restart more than once. I think this issue might have something to do with the power, hibernation, or sleep settings; but I'm unsure because I couldn't find any setting that fixed the problem.
