The manual mentions two ways to get the software and peripherals to work with the pc, I would recommend using both ways. Turning the Windows firewall off and setting up firewall rules that are specified as well. Sorry I don't have anything more than the manual, we were able to expand our lab space and now have plenty of robot units for students.
