Introduction

This repair guide will show you how to replace the batteries in the remote controller for the MerchSource the Black Series Boat Racers device. The batteries may need to be replaced if the red light indicator on the remote controller does not turn on.

What you need

Turn the remote control over to the back.

Slide the battery cover off in the direction of the arrow on the cover.

Remove the batteries (2 AA).

Replace with new batteries, preferably of same brand to avoid possible corrosion.
Make sure the positive and negative ends of the batteries align with the positive and negative connections in the battery compartment.
