Introduction
The plastic bottle connector which takes glass bottles is the weakest link and the soda trend deluxe. With repeated pressurisation the plastic hooks wear out until they don’t hold the bottle under pressurisation anymore. I acquired a replacement part from a broken device sold online.
What you need

Flip the device on its head.

Move CO2 cartridge lever to the very right and squish it together to unhook it first on the right, then on the left.

Pull lever down and unhook in the back.

With a spudger or knife find the section on the right side between the top cover and the outer shell where the spudger slips in.

Carefully, leverage the top cover from the internal hooks until all six hooks are free and you can remove the top cover.

Remove four PH2 screws that hold the top casing.

Remove the top casing.

Remove the two outer PH2 screws holding the lever in the back section.

Remove the four PH2 screws that hold the black lever section in the front.

Remove the 4 PH2 screws at the bottom of the bottle connector.

Remove 6 PH2 screws at the top of the bottle connector.

Replace bottle connector.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
