If your Dell Venue Pro does not show a charging icon and the battery level does not increase when connected to a charger, follow this page for possible solutions.

Causes

Faulty Charging Cable or Adapter

  • Inspect the cable and adapter for visible damage.
  • Test them on another compatible device.
  • If they fail, replace them with Dell-approved accessories.

  • Look for dust, lint, or corrosion inside the port.
  • Clean gently using compressed air or a soft brush.
