The Motorola Razr V3, also known as the Motorazr V3, was the first Razr released into the market in the third quarter of 2004.

Razr v3 Wont charge

I recently flashed my razr v3 and now it doesn't charge it says unable to charge. It still works when its plugged in but when I unplug it it turns off. Not sure if it's the batterys fault or the phone's.

Edit: The battery outputs 1.91v on the 2 outside terminals and the 2 inside ones output 0.02v. the phone outputs 2.10v. It still wont charge

Panayiotis Michalos  this “The battery outputs 1.91v on the 2 outside terminals and the 2 inside ones output 0.02v. the phone outputs 2.10v.” sounds like your battery is discharged below the threshold of taking a new charge. Start off by replacing the battery and then re-evaluate. If nothing else it will give you a known-well starting point should further troubleshooting become necessary.
