I've had this mouse for over a year never had an issue with it. Now the wheel will not scroll. Ive tried restarting and connecting it to my computer via usb but no luck.

Do you mean that the scroll wheel is not turning or that the mouse cursor is not moving up or down the screen when the wheel is turned.
Open the mouse and check if the wheel is OK i.e. not broken, loose etc.
