It is not possible to DIY data recovery when the storage device does not show in PC, go to a pro recovery shop.

Primero accede a adminsitrador de discos ahi debe aparecer; intenta reparar el disco por cmd como administrador chkdsk aca colocas la unidad ejemplo sies al unidad (D) C:\Users\user>chkdsk D:/f/r
@juliocesar13809 irrelevant, you can’t do that to a physically broken drive.
Let me tell you initially my cable by which we give hard drive power was little damaged and I plug my hard drive in it so I don't know what happened the after plugging it stoped working overtime I connect it with computer it says that drive was not found or something like this kindly will anyone help me to repair it or if it can't be repair so how to recover data from it
