My devices main issue is in its connectivity range?

i means when i connect the mic with the receiver they works fine but as soon as i go away from the receiver with the mic it inturupts the signal and that happens with in range of the receiver that the only issue

Hi @mukulbasist

Have you ensured that the batteries in the microphone are fully charged?

Try adjusting the gain setting in the microphone and check if that resolves the problem - see Using the sensitivity switch on p.21 of the user manual
