I need to change the USB C port.

Can you tell me what is the replacement part number for the USB C port on the keyboard? The black color portion inside the port is broken and I will need to replace the either 14P USB C receptacle. Is there a part number for this that you can provide?

Hi,

The USBC port is a standard connection which you should be able to purchase at electronics parts store or online.

You will need to have tools/skills to de-solder and remove the broken one then solder in the new one.

If you’re not comfortable with doing this then you may need to consider taking it to a repair shop.
