Hello, are you able to power cycle your e-reader? If you press and hold one of the page turn button, while pressing and holding the power button it should restart your device.

I tried that method. But, my screen won't move. It comes alive with the same screen of the pic. Apart from that, there is no movement. Don't know what to do 😔

@kazinaim the screen could potentially be damaged. When did the issue start occurring? Did the device take a fall recently that you can think of?
