Double clicking on a single mouse click.
When one of the triggers/buttons is clicked once on the mouse, two clicks happen rather than one click on the input.

Probably dirt or dust under the cover disturbing the sensor. I get problems like this often on my seven year old mouse. Blowing compressed air through the gap, banging it out, or annoyingly taking it apart to clean if possible should fix the issue.
