Hi guys moved into a house with an Engel X juice box 40 but the old owner has no idea how to access his account so I can’t log in as a new user.
How do I factory reset the charger to delete all account Al’s and enable a new one

It's been discontinued so there is not point they no longer provide software

Basically the same scenario but charger only flashes yellow when I plug in. Never charges no matter how long it’s plugged in.

There is supposed to be a way to do what you are asking the charger will still work you just can’t program using app … trying to figure out myself no luck yet
