How to clean lenses, exterior and interior

looks like there's some dirt or something at the lens, looks like is located in the inside

how do I get there so I can clean it?

is a PowerShot SX30 IS

if you can see at the top of the image, center top

there is something, like dust

I would like that to be removed from the lens
