The device disconnects and reconnects constantly
My device keeps disconnecting and reconnecting and makes it impossible to move my mouse. I have downloaded the drivers and they say everything is working correctly

Which mode are you using the mouse in, Wireless or Bluetooth?
If using wireless mode does your computer have BT capability?
If so pair the mouse to the computer and try using the mouse in BT mode and check if it works OK,
