The mouse wheel does not work well
When I scroll, when viewing a website for example, it spins up and down, when I scroll it is exactly down

You should probably disassemble the mouse and replace the "rotary encoder" (the sensor where the wheel is tied/fit into) with a new one. It's cheap but you have to solder.
