Earbud not charging or working.

I have the Second Gen Amazon echoe buds. Ever since the first time i powered them on and tried to use them the left earbud will not power on nor will it charge. Ive done tried pressing the button on the back of the dock and i tried to hold the earbud at different angles but nothing is happening.
