After 3 months having this vape, the screen started to ocasionally glitch, now it is unsufferable. I opened to check for anything wrong with it's circuit and wasn't able to identify the problem with the OLED display. I tried cleaning it with isopropyl alcohol, but no sucess.
Have anyone had this issue or can guess how to fix it?

The display issue is likely due to the flat cable, which naturally forms a poor bend angle. I replaced mine and used hot glue to give the cable a proper bend radius. Bought the display on AliExpress and it worked.

I see. Do you mind telling me the specs of the cable you bought? I have 0 knowledge of flat cables and OLED pannels.
