Capacitor
Capacitor diode (which needs tested properly cause its not just .6ohms one way and open the other,)

Unfortunately, I cannot find any information at all regarding the model number you posted i.e no user manual, parts list or service manual.
I only have the service manuals for the Viking vmos200 series and the Viking vmos201 series microwave ovens
Post an image of the oven's product label in your question. Maybe there's some more information on it that may help to identify it a bit more
