What is the model number of the phone?

Have you tried using a different, known working, same network, compatible SIM card in your phone to see if that worked?

Have you tried using your SIM in another same network phone to see if the SIM card worked there? Basically swap the SIM cards between two same network phones and check what works where.

Has the phone been dropped or gotten wet at all?
