I recently disassembled my g703, after i reassembled it i attached the ribbon cable for the top part, and the rgb for the top half still works but the left and right click plus the side buttons dont work. Should i replace the ribbon cable or is the re a nother thing i should replace

It could be a number of things. I would try and connect the ribbon cable better first (Sorry, there's no better way to say it). If that doesn't work, it could also be physical damage to the left and right mouse buttons- not the external mouse buttons that your fingers push, but rather, the internal switches that those buttons push down. If none of these fixes work, you probably do have to replace the ribbon cable. Of course, you might actually want to replace the cable before replacing the internal buttons, as it seems rather unlikely that all the buttons would fail simultaneously for individual reasons.
