kia threw back these codes: P00B00, P0014, P0017. mechanic is fixing solenoids, could that fix it or would this require deeper engine work?

@meghanaammula not sure what your first code (P00B00) is, but the codes P0014 and P0017 indicate camshaft timing over-advanced or retarded. What solenoids are they fixing? Is it the Exhaust Oil Control Valve (OCV) solenoid? If so, then yes, that can fix it.
