How to connect the traces?

Do I scratch off mask right by the yellow circle(pic2 or pic3), then connect the with a wire correct? What size wire do you recommend? Also the trace in picture 4 should I cut it off of leave it?

Trace repairing isn’t easy. You need soldering experience and the right tools to get this done.

You can use medium size wires. Not too small and not too big.

That should do. 28 awh or 30awg should do the job!
