Hi!
First of all, you can follow this guide to get there: DualShock 4 (CUH-ZCT1U) Button Circuit Membrane Replacement
Please clean the button circuit membrane first and also on the motherboard and try again.
Still failing? Then replace the button circuit membrane.
Be sure to get 100% the exact same model as that is in there. There are many models out there, so you need to be sure to get the right one!
