Hi, I have Alexa 3rd Generation Echo show 5 got stuck and frozen screen was tried to Restart several times and even tried by switching off several times and Re-plug again but it goes back to frozen screen - please advise how to fix it

I have Alexa Echo show 5 at home and got stuck & shows only Frozen screen " Amazon " my family was tried to take off the plug and kept for a day and Re-plug it again and it shows the same screen
I even tried by pressing volume and other button after pressing for 20 seconds it shows that the device is reading and going back to frozen screen again
Can you please give me the tips how to fix it as the device was finished with the Guarantee
