Chromebook Setup Issue: Connected to Wi-Fi but No Internet Access

I powerwashed my Chromebook, but now I can’t set it up because it’s stuck on the “Connect to a network” screen. When I try to connect to my Wi-Fi, it shows that I’m connected, but then it says “Network not available, try another network.
