Razer DeathAdder V3 Pro Scroll Wheel Not Responding to Input

Built-up debris around your mouse inhibits its proper function. If you notice any build-up around the scroll wheel, use the following steps to clean your device:

• Disconnect the mouse and make sure the power is off.
• Use a swab and alcohol to clean around the scroll wheel area to clean solid buildup.
• Use compressed air to clean dust buildup.

The device's firmware being out of date can result in issues with the scroll wheel's response.

• Ensure that the device's firmware is up to date.
• Update firmware if a new version is available.

If the two options above do not solve this issue, the encoder is responsible.
